The owner and staff of BABIES by the SEA boutique want you to be happy with your purchases and your shopping experience. In the event that you are unsatisfied with an item and would like to return or exchange it, it must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 10 business days of delivery. Except in the case of a defective item, we will provide you with online store credit only. Sale or closeout items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Furniture, custom and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Items purchased in our store cannot be returned or exchanged online. Prices may occasionally vary between our store and website. Web prices are for online purchases only, and cannot be guaranteed in-store.
Please call or email our customer service department at customerservice@babiesbythesea.com with your order number, item description and reason for the return or exchange. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be written on the outside of the return shipping container. Return packages without an RA # will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are for store credit only. Refunds can only be offered in the case that an item is found to be defective in manufacture and a suitable replacement cannot be obtained.
All return packages must be sent via UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail. We cannot be held responsible for items lost by delivery services, and recommend that you insure all deliveries for the value of the item.
Furniture, custom and special orders are not returnable. BABIES by the SEA boutique will expedite your order(s), however supplier's delivery times are approximate, and therefore any delays do not constitute grounds for cancellations. Items purchased in our store cannot be returned online. Items purchased online may be exchanged in-store. Please call before arriving in-store so that we may have your exchange information on hand and ready.

Upon receipt of returned goods in unused, original condition complete with original packaging and tags, the purchaser (or recipient in the case of a gift) will be issued a store credit that can be used to purchase alternate products online or at the store.
Because of the popularity of certain items, we occasionally find ourselves backordered on things ordered online. In addition, some items are sometimes shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, items ordered together may not necessarily arrive together. This will not affect your shipping charges. You will be notified by phone or email if there are any shipping delays.
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on special or custom ordered items. Special orders are items that are tailored to customers’ specifications or items offered by our suppliers not normally stocked or carried in our store. BABIES by the SEA boutique attempts to expedite all orders, but occasionally items are out of stock. Suppliers’ delivery times are approximate, and therefore a reasonable delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for order cancellation.
On occasion, items advertised on www.babiesbytheseaboutique.com are found to be discontinued or otherwise unavailable. In that event, you will be contacted by an employee of BABIES by the SEA boutique either via email or telephone and notified. BABIES by the SEA boutique will assist you in finding a comparable replacement product. If a comparable replacement product cannot be agreed upon, you will be refunded for the requested item and the rest of your order will be shipped accordingly.
